Every page that ranks for "AI ad agency" pricing ends on the same line: it depends on scope, book a free consult. Turnaround sometimes gets a number. Price almost never does. The real figures are already public, nobody has just put them next to each other.
What does an AI ad agency actually produce?
An AI-native ad agency generates visuals and video with generative models instead of a set and cast, but keeps editing, brand consistency and final sign-off with a human team. Ajans360.com's own production guide lists six stages, script, shot plan, generation, voiceover, edit, quality control, and only some of those move to the model. What changes isn't headcount going to zero, it's how much work each person carries per output.
How much faster is turnaround, really?
For short-form social, meaningfully faster; for corporate film, not yet. Admiral Media's 2026 pricing report puts AI-agency first delivery at two weeks with weekly revision cycles after that, against four to eight weeks at a traditional agency. Sovran.ai's 2026 video production benchmark has performance-ad agencies delivering in one to five days and pure AI tools in minutes to hours. In Turkey, ajans360.com draws the same line: short-form social lands in three to seven days while corporate and product film still runs two to four weeks, so the label doesn't compress every format equally.
Does cost really drop "tenfold"?
Per unit, often yes; across a whole project, rarely by that much, and the drop concentrates in variant cost, not strategy. Ata Kavame, who chairs the creative industries council of Turkey's Union of Chambers, has put the reduction at up to tenfold for identical visual content; the number checks out once you see what it's measuring. Admiral Media prices AI video from €200 per asset against $5,000 to $30,000 for the traditional equivalent, a 70 to 90 percent gap. Sovran.ai's data lands in the same place: a traditional 60-second brand video averages $3,185, while AI tool subscriptions run $15 to $39 a month.
Say you need 20 video variants a month. Admiral Media's entry retainer, around €4,000, covers that volume; producing the same 20 variants the traditional way runs, by Admiral Media's own estimate, upward of $100,000. Fixed costs, set, crew, logistics, used to repeat on every variant; the model removes that repetition, not the need for someone to write the script.
| Line item | Traditional production | AI-assisted production | Still needs a human |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60-second brand video | Averages $3,185 (Sovran.ai) | From €200 per asset (Admiral Media) | Script, brand voice, final approval |
| Short-form social content | 1-5 days (performance agency, Sovran.ai) | Minutes-hours to generate, 3-7 day delivery (ajans360.com) | Format choice, message testing |
| Corporate/product film | 4-8 weeks | 2-4 weeks | Direction, scene staging, casting if needed |
Wherever the cost drops, that's exactly where oversight has to move; AI raises production speed, it doesn't take over quality control.
What should you check in a quote before signing?
Three things matter as much as the price: who owns usage rights on the output, who checks brand consistency, and whether revisions are capped or open. The quote itself should spell out:
- Whether usage rights on the visual or video transfer to you, or stay tied to the agency's model license
- Who checks the brand guide, colour, tone, logo use, and at which stage of production
- Whether revisions are capped by package or unlimited, and whether an extra revision is billed separately
- Whether the time between first delivery and final approval is written into the quote or left verbal
- Whether the quote states the variant count per campaign and the format breakdown per platform
The one question worth asking at the table
Don't sign a quote without asking what that number actually covers; the word "AI" alone guarantees neither speed nor savings, an itemized quote does. Ask the vendor for three figures separately: cost per variant, first-delivery time, and the price of one extra revision. Without those three, what you're holding is a guess, not a quote.
